Return and Refund Policy

At Homegrown Assets, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit only, under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

    1.    Items must be returned in their original condition:

            a. Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.

            b. All original tags must be attached and packaging intact.

    2.    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

    3.    Only items purchased directly through our website are eligible for return. Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible.

Return Process

    1.    Contact us at info@hgassetsga.com to initiate your return. Please include:

    •    Your order number.

    •    A brief reason for the return.

    2.    Upon approval, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

    •    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    3.    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.

Exchange Policy

    •    Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Store Credit

    •    Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be used at checkout. It does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at  info@hgassetsga.com with photos and a description. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Customized or personalized items.

    •    Items purchased on final sale.
